Our story began in the early 90s as school friends. Little did we know back then that this friendship would lead to such an enduring personal and professional relationship. Our shared passion for managing, developing and getting the best out of people saw us both study HR and Employment Law at the University of Leeds and our extensive professional experiences also share many similarities.
Being a family-run business who know each other so well means that when we work with clients we make a point of getting to know their businesses.
