Reach Higher Human Resources provides interim HR leadership and independent workforce advisory to organisations facing complex people, organisational and transformation challenges — where internal capability is insufficient, or where issues carry operational, financial or reputational risk.I work at HR Director, People Director and executive advisory level: leading through restructuring, workforce transformation, organisational redesign, leadership transition, industrial relations and complex employment matters requiring experienced judgement and delivery.I am engaged across interim executive appointments and independent advisory engagements, supporting CEOs, boards and leadership teams as they navigate change, whatever the organisation's scale.My experience spans over twenty years across FTSE 100 organisations, central government, higher education, growing SMEs, and the wider public sector, leading transformation programmes, workforce changes and employee relations.I operate at executive level, helping organisations manage risk, make critical decisions and deliver change with clarity and pace.

My professional career spans more than twenty years across senior HR leadership, interim executive appointments, independent consultancy and academic practice within the public, private and higher education sectors.My experience includes work with FTSE 100 organisations, central government departments, higher education institutions, ambitious SMEs, and the wider public sectorI have delivered assignments including large-scale organisational change and workforce programmes, among them one engagement involving approximately £7m in cost savings alongside managing significant organisational and reputational risk.Alongside executive practice, I have designed and led postgraduate programmes in employment law and in HR and performance management.I am a Chartered Fellow of both the CIPD and CMI, with a Master's in HRM and Employment Law. My professional development has also included executive education at Oxford and Cambridge.
