• My professional career spans more than twenty years across senior HR leadership, interim executive appointments, independent consultancy and academic practice within the public, private and higher education sectors.• My experience includes work with FTSE 100 organisations, central government departments and agencies, higher education institutions, SMEs and the wider public sector.• I have delivered assignments that include large-scale organisational change and workforce programmes, including one engagement involving approximately £7m in cost savings alongside the management of significant organisational and reputational risk.• Alongside executive practice, I have designed and led postgraduate programmes in HR, employment law and management consulting.• I am a Chartered Fellow of both the CIPD and CMI, with a Master’s in HRM and Employment Law. My professional development has also included executive education at Oxford and Cambridge.
